Linux server admin, script in python or shell

Hello, i need a couple of things for this job so i will break them down in parts and you can post which parts you are confident in doing. I numbered them fill free to include the number in your application.

I will explain the situation a little before i start
Its about an app that you can login and take shifts for work, the work job is mainly delivering packages around . The shifts will be seen by a number of people and they can take them if they wish, to see new shifts there is a refresh button you can press for an update . To log in the app it has to be done via a phone but i have seen way too many people using vps or other methods
to communicate with the server directly instead of using the app.

Let say i give you a vps and i want you to write one or two scripts that will log into the APP server using my account username and password as if it were my phone login in. (the people Ive seen includes the phone number but i dont know how it comes in, if you can explain i will be more confident in working with you). from what i heard is that the login information is not just a simple username and password. It is a digital key that is stored on your phone.
You will need to set up a proxy server. The proxy server can then listen to the login command and capture the digital key. It can then be used by the script to log in. -This is job 1- I want someone who is very confident in doing this or provide a method.

job 2- This part of the job will take some time to accomplish but as long as job one is done there will be no issue. You will Watch and Extract the Output from the server, decode the shifts information if necessary and create a script that will be able to take the shifts with a post request( i will provide some details). Different kind of filters will be created like filtering work locations and time and many other details. i will tell you all that is needed when we get here. You have to write the script in a way i can use these filters using A checkbox from a website (lets say i log in into website 1 and I should be able to select filters and activate the script to run).

job 3 is i just need someone who can set up a template and a plugin with minor modifications.

If you have any suggestion on how to accomplish the work i am willing to listen as long as it works its fine, you also need to tell me which language will you use to write the scripts. i will provide an example of how someone did something close but in shell.
