Designer needed to upgrade a nightclub weekly newsletter

We currently have a weekly newsletter that consists of our upcoming events and a link to a pertinent blog. I have an idea for a new newsletter I would like to test in one of our markets to give the newsletter local flair. The newsletter would be 3 parts. The top portion is the Idea..We Love Austin. The 2nd part is the blog and then finally the upcoming calendar fliers. I have someone that designs our calendar fliers, so all I need is someone to locate 3 local, timely images about Austin and then layout the email. Once proofed it can be sent.
