Utility Electricity and Natural Gas Price to Compare Spreadsheet

I would like help putting together a spreadsheet of where the utilities below have sold electricity and natural gas for the past 12 months (broken out by price per month). I would need to know the price to compare by utility rate class (residential, commercial, industrial etc). I would need this broken out for both delivery and supply charges.

Utilities:
(NY) Con Ed Electric and Gas
(NY) National Grid Gas
(NY) National Grid East Gas
(NJ) PSEG Electric and Gas
(NJ) JCP&L Electric
(NJ) NJ Natural Gas

We will have more work for this project in the future as well.
