Convert Matterport and architectural drawings into 3D model of house

I am looking for an architectural designer / 3D modeller who can take a Matterport and architectural drawings and create a 3D model of a house.

The model should include the basic decorative detail of the house including picture rails, cornices etc, but you wont need to model pictures on walls.

The purpose of the task is creating a blank version of the house so that I can try furniture and colours out. Id be looking to import the model into Sketchup of Planner 5D or similar, and product realistic renderings of what the house might look like. Elevations will be provided and I will also provide the Matterpak.

If successful this will lead to another project: modelling the changes to the house we have in mind. Im looking to find an architectural 3D modeller I get on with well to work on those changes together, so I can create a vision of what the house would look like. This sits outside the bounds of this project though.
