We have environment where we running RHEL 6.5 and RHEL 7.3, we have some S3 bucket and EFS file system, we have mounted EFS and S3 file system on RHEL boxes, and doing sync operations for large files, but we have issue when we are running sync process, sync process syncing complete file to S3 or EFS, not delta changes only, we want solution that sync local system to S3 bucket or EFS only delta changes.
We need this solution ASAP.

We will release payment only if you provide us complete documentation that include installation / configuration and troubleshooting steps, once we validated that it working as expected we will release payment.
