Need a prototype of sound activated, solar powered, LED

My project resembles a solar powered path light at a basic level.
The final product will include a solar panel measuring no more than 6-7 in sq. , a sound activated switch to be tuned to recognize a certain sound / pattern which will then trigger flashing LEDs
The battery should have a life of 4+ years.
The flashing LEDS would be active for 30 mins min / max before shutting down. Lastly, they would only be activated 2x per month.
