I need an expert in cloud computing simulation ( specially in fog and edge computing).

I need an expert in cloud computing simulation ( specially in fog and edge computing). He need to build one fog computing framework and one edge edge computing framework that will secure the IoT device connection using Cloud simulator ( Ifogsim,CloudSim or any suitable simulator). And also need to write the Methodology and Implementation and testing of those framework .
