Data Entry/mining, Web Research, and Spreadsheet Project for Real Estate Company

Help needed in doing research on a list of people who potentially own property. Youll need to search on designated internet databases for information relating to:

1) Does someone own residential property? If so where and do they own any other property?

2) Does the property have a representative that we can contact? Is there more than one?

3) Is there an attorney?


**We have created a video that goes into further details and you will receive upon application.**


Possible Future Projects:

- Finding numbers where property representatives can be contacted
- Cold calling representatives for property information, and selling motivation
- Booking appointments

**There is a potential for weekly hour and pay increases but only after assessment of progress and by what is delegated by business need.**

Mandatory Qualifications:
To qualify, you need to be very thorough with your internet research and reading skills. Youll also need to pay attention to minor details like the spelling of a name, an address, and dates.

Youll need excellent time management and tracking skills, a reliable internet connection, and good communication skills. Once qualified, youll be given a list of people to do research on--in the future the project may include building this list (nothing too difficult). The project is for research on a number of people (200+) in different counties throughout the state. Youll need to complete the project within an agreed upon time frame once you are hired. If you cannot commit to this timeline, please make that clear.

- Employment will be evaluated during the duration of the contract based on achievement and completion of weekly deliverables
- Daily log will be kept to document progress as well as questions or concerns
- Daily video logging of hours required
- Weekly progress team meetings geared towards your needs and questions
