We are looking for a full-time customer success specialist to join our team.

Your role will include the following:

Handling support tickets in a timely manner (response time within 5 minutes)
Conducting live sales demos
Follow-ups
Upselling customers from one plan to another
Updating our knowledge base
Utilizing our product
Testing product updates and providing feedback

You will need to work U.S. hours. Should have little to no accent.

You will need a working environment/home office that will allow you to conduct demo calls as needed.

You should have experience in a SaaS support/success role.

The position will pay $1,500/mo.
