Developer needed for a salesforce project.

I need an integrated application on salesforce thatll provide 3 login controls. Student, Houseowner, Doctor.
This will be an integrated application that will cater to all of a student needs at one place. Most of the college students have a lot of additional apps installed to manage their works.
Our integrated application provides a student with the following:
- Campus guide
Provides all information about the campus location, faculty, assignments and deadlines.
- Career guide
An online community that connects professionals, students and alumni providing the best career options and pathways to students.
- Health Portal
An easy to access portal that provides with all the medical facilities.
- Student Performance Analyzer
An interactive way that keeps the students updated of their academic performance
- Residential Guide
Helps students find affordable home in safer communities.
