Need help setting up a FREE data visualization Instance on AWS and create a Dashboard for us

Looking for someone to create setup Metabase or any other free visualization tool on an instance, preferably using AWS Elastic Container Service and help us set up a Dashboard with some different data visualizations as well as an email service that sends us a report everyday of some specific statistics.

The dashboard is for our mobile app and will show us things like new sign-ups and various user activity stats that we will work together to define based on how the data is structured in the database. We have a Metabase instance up already on Google Cloud but the resources are too expensive and we have some Amazon credits so we are looking to recreate the dashboard using AWS so we can shut down the google cloud stuff.

I will share some screenshot of the current dashboard that we are hoping to recreate.
