Azure DevOps expert needed to deploy Vue/GraphQL application

We have a simple custom application working in local development environments. Need help getting it to Production in Azure.

Frontend:
* Vue.js
* Apollo Client
* Vue-Apollo

Backend:
* GraphQL
* Apollo Server

The developer will have access to a GitHub repo with the Development version that runs locally. Task will be to:

1) take it from there to Azure
2) develop CI/CD process (optionally, after step 1)
