IT Security Consultant

We are looking for an experienced security expert to help refine and implement security policies and operational procedures for January.ai

1. Review and refine the companys security operations
2. Review company AWS infrastructure security, report findings and devise plans for hardening the network, servers and other assets
3. Review and refine January.ais information security policies, change management process, and standard operating procedures for January.ais corporate and product environments
4. Review and define improvement plan for all aspects of security operations (e.g. network/server/asset hardening, audit infrastructure, security information and event management)
5. Setup procedures for regular security testing and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and eliminate them. Conduct the initial round of testing and remediation
5. Generate initial set of necessary security reports for regulatory compliance
6. Develop implementation plans to achieve HiTrust security certifications. Act in consulting capacity to assist January.ai during HITust certification


Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
2. 8+ years security management experience in an IT environment supporting production software
3. Demonstrated knowledge of how to properly architect secure enterprise IT environments
4. Hands-on experiences with HIPAA and HITrust compliance
5. Strong background in IT security policies and operations
6. Strong background with cloud infrastructure and operations
7. Strong analytical and communication skills
