Looking for a business consultant/adviser/mentor with wealth of knowledge in starting a business and scaling/expansion into 50-100+ employee successfully. We are a growing manufacture with 35 employees going through growing pains and looking to really turn the corner to get to the next level.

Requirement:
-Previous experience as CEO or Owner
-Grew and managed over 50+ employees
-Created business structures and foundation
-Managed/Trained/Developed Personnel
-Manufacturing experience is desired
-Sales & Marketing experience desired
-Great understanding of business financial allocations is desired
-Experience with investor pitch and acquisitions desired
