Wordpress customization required

The Customization I need with MyCred Plugin -
By default, points are not added to the new user account upon guest checkout. Ive added a function to create a new user account upon guest checkout, but the points are not credited to the user account created. I need this to be done.
To create the new user

I need a plugin to sync user accounts across all sites in my multisites network whenever a new account is created. For example, if a new user account is created at site A, the same user should automatically get added to the site B and all other remaining sites. This, of course, needs to be differentiated by roles. Id not want to sync users with admin access. Only specific user roles.
There already exists a plugin for the same - WP Multisite User Sync, which does the job, but is not automatic. We need to press the Sync button manually to sync the users across multisites. Also, we do not have any option to select what roles we want to sync. Need this to be implemented. You can leverage this plugin and extend this to impletement the requirements, if you want.
