I know very little about programming and want to learn programming enough that I understand and can operate on my own.

This will be an ongoing project to learn Programming:

I would like a plan created with assignments.
One on one teaching every once in a while.
I work salary full time so schedule must be flexible.
I am thinking that this would work if there is a teaching plan, one on one maybe once a week, give assignments to do during the week, and I could contact when I need assistance.

This may seem weird or may think why not just go to school. For one thing I dont like school, they cost too much and you learn very little. Also, because of my job I have to have flexibility that is beyond what a school can offer.
