Illustrator and animator needed for UI character design

We are looking for a creative illustrator and animator to design a character (1 human character - 1 fictional) for a vending machine user interface. This project involves the creation of the character in different mood and body postures.
Over time, character animation will be needed. Were ideally looking for a freelancer able to do both tasks, so this could turn out in recurring contract job.
We would need different options to chose from human and fictional characters. There will be 2 milestone, one for style approval and one upon final delivery.
