UI & UX Desgner required for new parts on existing site

I have an existing site that is up and alive, and Im looking for a UI & UX designer to design a new part of it.

That includes:
- Login page with facebook only (currently the login page include username and google login)
- Onboarding process (wizard)
- Should include data that can be taken from facebook, including cases where partial permissions are accepted
- Onboarding Required notification/modal/something else?
- In a specific page, content can only be seen once you finish onboarding. Design accordingly
- Profile page. More info about the use and the details of the page will be given in a further conversation
- Chat/Messages page
- Messages notifications in the header
- Messages introductions; that is, each person can send a single message to begin with. Then, the other person need to accept the conversation to respond and to allow you to talk back.
- Accept button
- Block button
- Option to block & unblock
- See introductions sent
- possibly just messages you cant write to anymore?

Im expecting:
- Initially, multiple ideas I can choose from (doesnt have to look great initially, just rough ideas so I can understand the idea it self)
- Refined version of a specific idea
- The result can be an XSD file format or any format I can implement on the site
- The result should include some breakpoint info for mobile versions of the site. An example can be various images, one for each breakpoint

The site is already styled so the style for the new parts should match that.
