Setup Email on my Server - PostFix

I have a server with Digital Ocean running Centos with Virtualmin installed. I need someone to set up my email to be delivered to this server. I know how to change the MX records on the DNS, but I dont know how to configure Postfix to accept emails.

I have 3 domain names with 1 email address each I want to point to this server.

Also Dovecot needs to be set up so i can pull the emails with pop
