I need my website refreshed and built better for speed and coding. Mobile website speed is a must and non negotiable. You need to use the current content on the website including blogs and pages. Existing information must be be transferred to the new website. What I need additionally is;

1- Portal area where the leads generated via website is store and sorted
2- Multi step application form which is will be integrated with portal
3- Address auto complete in the multi step form
4- Website speed is optimized for mobile
