I am basically looking for a software that can extract meaningful information ( address, phone numbers, email addresses etc.) from justdial.com. We want to use this data for targeted marketing of our products.

For example, we specialize in electronic modules for musical greeting cards. If we can get data for greeting card manufacturers and dealers, we could send them a targeted mail for our products.

1. Can such software be developed?
2. If so, what shall be the cost, and delivery time frame?
3. Will the software we able to handle security/bot protection?
