Looking for an artist to create a paint-by-number landscape design for a wall mural

I want to do a paint-by-number wall mural in our office, based on a particular landscape scene; Mount Abrupt in the Grampians mountain ranges in Victoria. I will share a examples of the style with shortlisted candidates. Also, check out the work on Instagram...this is the type of thing I am looking for.

I need the design created based on the scale of the wall I am painting (I will provide the size in due course), and the paint colours based on Haymes Paints with each colour given a number. The final design is to include black lines so that we can then project this onto our wall, trace over the lines and then paint the colours from there!

I have also attached photos of the mountain range I want to depict to give some idea. My thoughts were a light sunset style image (some pink in the lower sky), with the main jutting out Mount Abrupt on the right hand side of the image, a road going to a vanishing point in the centre of the image and then rolling fields etc on the left.

At the end of the job you will provide a coloured image with black lines over the sections and all sections labelled with numbers, and then a list of the numbers and their Haymes colours.
