Developer needed to create a product design tool using CANVAS JS (Custom Text/Image)

I would like to develop a tool which can customise products at scale using CANVAS JS. There should be an option to enter text or an image, the tool should have a setting in backend which sets a restriction and allow limited tasks. The new image is also generated immediately and shown to customer for purchase.
