I am in need of a web development expert that is familiar with Hugo to create me a new Hugo blog and import my content from WordPress into it

Functionality required includes:
contact form
image handling
some form of CMS for easy management for team members
tagging of content
integration of comment for comments
integration of gravatar for author avatars

This will involve importing about 2500 posts and their associated images (or pointing to the existing image directories that WP uses).

I also require a custom Hugo theme that is suitable for a news based website. We can discuss specifics afterwards.
