Real Estate Pricing VA

I am looking for a VA who has experience pricing offers to Rural Vacant Land. I have many direct mail marketing campaigns to price out, and I am looking for some who has already done this. If you are applying, please provide your previous relevant experience and what tools and approach you have taken to doing this.

Also, how do you select an area to target.

I do not have training this for this. I am looking for someone who has experience already doing this.
