local admin a la PA, HCMC, Vietnam

need someone that is able to spare a couple hours a day during the day time in weekdays.
run errands, expense management, interface with various external parties to maintain the company accounting, reply some emails. etc.

But most important of all, able to move around a bit to get things done. approx. 4-6 hours a week (must!). specifc travel expenses reimbursed.

must be based in HCMC, Vietnam. Some travel to Hanoi may be required (reimbursed).

need to sign non-disclosure agreement as therere some confidential information.

putting it as a fixed price project per 3 months, details to work out as we discuss
