App developer required to create retail coupons/deals app for use on Android and Apple devices

We require an app that will showcase deals, offers and vouchers for local retailers. The app will need to have some functionality through a backend interface that will allow us to control the look/feel of the design.

We will also need to have the functionality to manage

Retailers details
Coupon listings
Deals/offers
Upload retailer logo
Upload deal image
Add text to the deal
Expiry date
Share the deal/voucher
Send to email address
Registration/signup process

The app will need to be developed on both Android and iPhone and uploaded to both app stores in time for campaign launch date of mid of next month.
