Senior Load Test Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Load Test Engineer to work from home for a challenging project in the US. You will be joining the team of a distributed company in the health, wellness and fitness industry, focused on using the science of behavior change to help people live healthier, happier lives.

By joining our team, you will participate in different projects, building and executing test cases, monitoring performance and analyzing test results, and maintaining performance testing applications and datasets.

The successful candidate will also collaborate and communicate remotely with different cross-functional teams of other Engineers, Product Owners and business stakeholders to improve the performance of the applications, using agile methodologies.

This is a remote, full-time position with a 40-hours workload per week for Latin America only.

Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in an engineering role
2+ years of work experience in load testing
Proficiency with standard performance testing and automation tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
A trustworthy, goal-oriented team player with organizational and time-management skills
Capable of collaborating and communicate efficiently with a distributed team

Desired Skills
Understanding of NeoLoad
Knowledge of C#
Git (Gitflow experience ideal)
Experience working with agile methodologies
Experience working in remote teams
