1. Proven experience on PHP, MySQL, html and css. For PHP and MySQL, need to be able to troubleshoot and program advanced functions. If you dont have enough experience in it, dont apply. I will put you on the project immediately. It would only be embarrassing for you, if you cant deliver as promised.

4. Able to do all the work through TeamViewer remote login.

5. Ideally, this person also has a background with Wordpress. So in case, we need to troubleshoot a couple of wordpress sites we have.
