2D & 3D floor plan from hand sketch

I am looking for a sketch up designer who can give me a final design in pdf, 2D & 3D CAD file & sketch up file.

Design requirement:
- 2D floor plan from the attached hand drawn plan - the scale need to be approximately close.
- 3D floor plan sketch up - the dimension, door & windows and other features and look as close as possible to the actual (from photos) and imaginary furniture layout to highlight the property (beds, bed side table and study desk in each room, dining table, sofa & TV in living area, etc, etc).

The floor plan only for ground level, including front yard and parking area.

You will be given the actual photos from various angle to make the 2D & 3D floor plan close to actuals.
