Lead Blockchain Developer for working on a top of an existent team

Hello, guys,

Who we are: I am a delegate of a new Blockchain startup. Our mission is to create the most secure software for working with modern blockchain technologies.

What we are searching for:
Full-stack developer with extensive experience in both: web and Blockchain development technologies. A guy, who has experience in working as Senior/Lead developer at least for 3-5 years. If you have experience of working as software architect or, even better, as computer security expert - it will be a very good advantage for us!

What you will do in our company:
you will be a lead Blockchain developer, managing an existing Blockchain development team. From the start you will enter in development of a web application, but in future we will launch a much more projects (from little apps to the whole platforms), linking between them in one ecosystem.

Our main requirements for a personal qualities:
We need NOT A SIMPLE developer, but an open-mindness man, who will not only do some technical tasks in some strict deadlines, but you must, by yourself create some ideas for making our project much better, then it was before you. We need also a creative person.

So, be prepared for a little test: we will give you a working alpha version of one of our current projects and we want to hear from you a little review with your personal opinion about this project, about some advantages and disadvantages in our project. In general we are interested in person with fluid, strong mind, capable for a free thinking out-of-the-box. Of course, for person like that, we will propose a long-term work (a year+) with a very, very solid salary (much bigger then an average salary of a Senior Blockchain/Full-stack Developer).
