Migrate and re-create website on another platform (Wordpress to Shopify/BigCommerce)

Currently I have a website on Wordpress, but Id like it moved to a more user-friendly platform such as Shopify or BigCommerce. Im open to suggestions actually. Ill need the e-mail moved as well. The website is hosted on Wordpress through HostMonster.

I didnt build the website, it came along with a business purchase, and I find the Wordpress customization to be incredibly complex. The developer used considerable back-end code.
