We have a client of ours who has a brand new Salesforce environment and wants us to send them their Leads that are in our Salesforce to their new Salesforce Environment.

A few things to note:
1. Due to the sensitive nature of the data in our Salesforce, this will be more of a consultation role. I consider myself to be of intermediate skill when it comes to Salesforce.
2. We need to send some of our Lead records to them, but not all so there needs to be some dynamic rules built in.
3. Must be able to communicate in English
4. Must have prior experience with Salesforce to Salesforce
5. Need to have a working, presentable solution by Wednesday.
