Web Developer Needed to Construct Landing Page (.psd assets provided) and Set Up Shopping Cart

We have had a landing page designed by an agency, and they have provided us with a layered .PSD file. The landing page is a single page with seven products listed on it, and links to social media. We would like to have the developer do the following:

1. Use the assets in the .PSD file to construct a landing page
2. Construct links to our social media
3. Link the products on the page to an e-commerce cart (Shopify or Magento).
4. Make minor changes to imagery and copy.

A snapshot of the page can be provided on request before agreeing on a price for the project.
