We are a small business with 2 locations and currently use one physical mobile to handle inbound and outbound phone calls and inbound and outbound sms.

We need a system to manage inbound and outbound calls and sms so that they are all in a dashboard on our computer and or phone application.

Please note, we prefer no extra hardware apart from blue tooth headset for the phone calls.
