Postfix + Spamassassin fix

Hi i have a problem with my VPS, i recently installed spamassassin and followed this tutorial to get thigs up and ready.
(removed by Toogit admin)
Unfortunately the email system stopped allowin incoming emails so i can just send them but i receive few to nothing at all.

I need this Fixed. or ultimately, disabled, so I can receive all emails again.

Details of VPS
System: CentOs7 with openlitespeed and cyberpanel 1.9.2
