Xamarin developer for Azure integrations

Hi,

I have a Xamarin iOS and Android application, secured by Azure B2C, and it is securely calling Azure Functions.

There are a few tasks I need some help or guidance with:

1. I need to implement push notifications using Azure Notification Hub and I have built the basics, to send messages to all devices. What I need now is an example iOS and Android application, or some guidance on how to build device-specific and templated push notifications, following the best practices.

2. We need to move the Login/Logout button to the Header/Title and allow a new Index page to be shown if logged out, with a button to log in.

3. We need to call B2C-secured (with scopes) Azure Function APIs. Is it possible to call two different APIs with different scopes? We would need to fetch an access token with the scopes of the current API we want to call and cache it, but we may need to call another API with different scopes. I think we might need to fetch a new access token with the new scopes for the other API, and cache that too. The cache would live while the application is in the foreground. I need some code and any description if I need to set up anything new in Azure - I have the Functions set up in Azure.

Please apply only if you have a track record on working with Xamarin, Azure B2C and Push notifications. Also, you should have your own tools for testing, such as Azure subscription, B2C setup, Android and iOS devices, etc.

Please also highlight your B2C and templated push notification experience with Xamarin Forms.

The budget is just a baseline, please provide your estimate.

I am also looking for somebody for later to connect the app to an external Bluetooth device, so if you have experience with it, we can take this project further.
