Project Goals:
1.- Develop an Android app to integrate web camera video and the pet feeder functions, show 3 state bit from the ESP.
2.- Cooperate on ESP32 development, send and recieve 3 bits from APP.
Immediate Hire if you can fulfill the project goals.
