Developer needed to build a custom integration in Zapier

Im attempting to build an automated process for my client who installs plastering, the automation would be for his CRM and estimation software.

The estimation software he is planning to use is StackCT, they have sent me a document outlining how to use their API I will share those document with shortlisted candidates
I am planning on using Typeform for the customer data entry, then using Zapier to connect it to a CRM (perhaps Zoho or HubSpot but Id like to have DocuSign functionality) and the CRM would then create the project in StackCT.

I need someone to create the integration in Zapier Developer for StackCT using the above document. Please reply to this with a quote for the total project, I have no idea if the budget Ive set is reasonable as I dont know how long this integration would take, Im happy to be guided on what a realistic cost would be.
