Create Upload Button and Upload Page for Product (Wordpress)

I am working on my website in wordpress. On my products and product page, I need to have an Upload Button that links you to an upload page to upload artwork.

It is a printing website under construction and you can reference uprinting, gotprint and how they have their upload buttons on their product pages and how they work. I need something similar to that. I will share some reference images of what I am looking for.
