Developer needed to do data visualization out of custom fields on Wordpress

We are looking for someone to do some data visualization out of custom fields on Wordpress.

Basically, we are working on a website for a client having a lot of members. These members fill once a year a big poll with all their activities, scope of action, etc (mainly checkboxes). It fills dynamically their personal profile, but we also want these data to be dynamically collected to generate tables and graphs.

The objective is for you to collect the data from the custom fields, turn them into graphs, with the possibility to see all the members who ticked a specific box listed in a tooltip and have the possibility to export the lists.

Please find the 2 graphs we need you to do here:
- This graph is crossing multiple layers of data. We need to convert these graphs into one single graph with the same functionalities : members list in tooltip + export the xls
We need the graph to be responsive.

Please provide us with an hourly rate and an estimation of time
Skills required : SQL, Javascript, Wordpress ACF
