ISV to Create Salesforce Managed Package in NFP Success Pack

Require an experiences SALESFORCE ISV provider who can build a simple managed package using a specific brief that

We would need the managed package to create 15-20 custom fields (total) over the Contact / Campaign and Opportunity objects. Some of these fields would need to have picklists and should be able to be updated when the managed package is updated in the future (eg adding new product types).

we also want to include views for the clients to use so that all the custom fields we are creating can be visible, so the managed package should also be able to create views for each of the objects.
