Virtual Personal Assistant role

Firstly let me start by introducing myself, I am a London based independent financial adviser. Im looking for a virtual personal assistant to assist me with a variety of tasks both personal and work-based. The chosen candidate will need to thrive on their own inactive and have the ability to prioritise tasks as and when needed.

To give an example of the variety of tasks the chosen VPA would be dealing with;
- Logging my receipts for my tax return on excel
- Finding gifts for my clients
- Searching for company details
- Making dinner reservations
- Potentially running an Instagram blog (Work in progress)
- Finding the best prices for products online
- Putting graphs together
- Searching for flights to book


Amongst other tasks of course. My preference for lengthier tasks is to have a system in place whereby my VPA reports back after one or two hours work to ensure theyre making the right progress. This prevents wasted time. Most tasks will often have a set amount of time to be spent on them, others will have no end date. You will be picking up from my previous PAs works, do you see there being any problems in doing so?

8. Give me an example of an error that you have made, and how you corrected it.
9. What are your preferred methods of communication, and are these the only ways in which we can communicate? For example, Toogit messenger, WhatsApp, phone call, e-mail, etc.
10. What has been your favorite role youve worked, and why?
11. How comfortable are you working using your own initiative?
12. To what extent have you used google sheets and other programmes where you can data share?

This is the first stage in a recruitment process for me to hire a full-time virtual PA. I will be assigning the exact same task to 10 candidates and the most successful 3 will move to the second phase of tasks that will be slightly more comprehensive. Each stage will, of course, be paid, and I wish for you to think outside the box and be creative to express why you are the best candidate.

I have spent time looking over your credentials and feel that you could potentially be an asset working with me. The role will eventually be hourly paid, I just wished to start the first phase of interviews by the task to see the quality of work produced.
