I need a full stack developer.

I need a Wordpress plugin that accomplishes the following:

1) Secure Client Area

2) Client uploads document that required approval (notification to admin)

3) Admin receives the document and makes comments and re-uploads (notification to the client)

4) Client address comments with revision and uploads it (notification to admin)

5) This happens until correction comments are no longer necessary

6) Admin approves document and Document is sent back to storage and is ready for payment
