We need help with finishing & running tests on a Magento website

Hello, we have developed a Magento e-commerce website (version 2.1.4), and we have reached the stage where we need testing for:
- high traffic
- functional
- performance
- integration
- compatibility

After the testing stage is complete, there might be more work to be done, as maintenance of the site.

Our budget is between 3 - 4$ / hour.

Detailed explanation of the first stage, which requires the first 3 testing methods:

1. High traffic testing:
- checking the sent mail service used: if the server uses PHP to send emails, we need to switch to SMTP, because the web server we are currently using will block sent mails if they exceed a certain quota.
- study of the servers behaviour and a report written in excel based on the study, containing all the data extracted during the study and some suggestions for optimization

2. Functional Testing:
- study of every function available on the website and logging it in an excel table + result of the testing
- suggestions for optimization

3. Performance Testing:
- testing the performances and logging the work in an excel table too
- suggestions for optimization
