Online Doctors Consulting Platform

We are looking for proposals to build an online platform for patients and doctors. We need to build a website and Andriod and IOS Native Applications. The followings are the main features of our system:

1. Doctors and Patients can register with our platform and choose a suitable subscription plan. Doctors will be verified by the administrator before they can actually start getting patients.
2. Patients can search for doctors, read their profiles reviews, and book appointments with doctors. The number of appointments will depend on the subscription plan.
3. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled before a certain period of time.
4. An actual appointment can take place on the web or mobile app using chat, audio, and video calls. It is always a 1-1 appointment. Patients and doctors can also join the appointment using a dial-in option. One participant can also call another participant on his phone number anonymously. Only the system knows the phone numbers and the patient or doctor never knows which number has been dialed by the system.
5. Patients can review the doctors.
6. Doctors earning are based on the number of appointments they have completed successfully and can be paid out to the doctor according to his favorite payment method on his request.
7. The administrator can create patients and doctors in bulk from the admin panel.
8. The administrator can block and deactivate users.
9. The administrator will have various system reports to monitor the system.
10. The system will also have few CRON jobs like sending reminders to doctors and patients before the expiry of the subscription plans, upcoming appointments, new promotions, etc.
