E-commerce Telephone / Email Customer Support

Hello telemarketers! We are an E-commerce company selling high cost items ranging form $500 to $3000. We get around 2-3 sales a day, and we are looking for a team of telemarketers to close sales and answer customer calls as well as answer emails.

We only get 1-2 calls a day only during the US times, but we will be scaling. We want a smart group of people whos willing to grow and succeed together as partners.

Requirements:

1. Must be a company or a team that is scalable

2. Must be able to work during the weekends. 24 hour work support scalability preferred

3. Must have a native or close to native English accent

4. Must be available for at least once a day communication with a manager from our team
