Page speed optimization for few WP websites

Hello,
I have 9 WordPress websites with the page speed score (by google) of 30-80 for mobile and 70-90 for desktop.
I want all of them to have score 90+ for both desktop and mobile, WITHOUT damaging any functionality, design or anything else.
Note- I want someone professional for this job. I can do it by myself but the design will be damaged. Im looking for someone to do it without any damage to the website

Please tell me your experience with the specific tasks, and how much working hours you think you need for this job.
