Developer needed to Redesign a WordPress Web Page with a Mobile Friendly Design

Looking for someone with an eye for design to redesign a WordPress webpage with a mobile-friendly design. The purpose of the web page is to promote users to submit email addresses to download a guide on picking the right school in a given area.

One thing thats currently missing is a section to convert the users to download a Free Guide to How to Pick the Best Public School.

The ideal user for this page is:
- two adult home
- most likely female
- advanced degree
- 3 or fewer kids under the age of 10 years old
- 2 car home
- 40 - 60-minute commute to work
