Experienced Residential CAD designer to draft blueprints for home addition/renovation

Need a experienced drafter to produce blue prints

Bump out/extension of living room out 264 sq ft (22x12) - blue prints for floor plan, elevation, foundation, roof, and wall section (see attached image) exc. needed for permitting in MD.


Architectural and Structural drawings: (3 sets) drawn TO SCALE showing:
- Plot plan: Surveyors property plan (will be provided), showing all improvements and the location of the proposed structure, drawn TO SCALE
- Dimensioned Floor Plan (each story) indicating: designated room names, window and door sizes, egress and hazardous glazing locations.
- Dimensioned Foundation Plan indicating: type and size of wall, footings and/or piers. Location of sumps, ejector pumps and emergency escape/rescue openings.
- Building Section of exterior wall indicating: Top of Wall, Floor and Roof heights, Footing depths. Designate all the proposed materials and sizes to be used. (thermal insulation, etc.)
- Braced Wall Design indicating: Method, Location and Length of braced wall panels.
- Indicate the scale that was used on the drawings.
